Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern access to CalenderZW, a timetable discovery, calendar synchronisation, reminder, and academic scheduling service operated by aiDo. Availability may vary by institution, calendar provider, device, and location.

2. Google Calendar connection

Any direct Google Calendar connection is voluntary and narrowly scoped. Where the feature is enabled, CalenderZW may create and manage a separate secondary calendar for timetable events. Google services are governed by Google's terms, and no Google endorsement of CalenderZW is implied.

3. Accuracy, reminders, and private feeds

Academic schedules can change without immediate notice. Check high-consequence dates and instructions against official institution sources. Calendar providers and devices control final reminder delivery and subscription refresh frequency. Treat private subscription URLs as confidential capability links.

4. Submissions and acceptable use

Submitted timetable data must be authorised or reasonably based, non-malicious, and respectful of institutional rules. You grant CalenderZW the limited permission required to host and display submitted timetable content to operate the service. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse private feed URLs, or intentionally publish false timetable information.

5. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Zimbabwe will have jurisdiction subject to applicable law.
